Cebu State College of Science and Technology

Cebu State College of Science and Technology was the former name of Cebu Technological University and is a state college (now a university) in Central Visayas. Its former name Cebu School of Arts and Trades was changed to Cebu State College of Science and Technology with the passage of Batas Pambansa 412 by the Batasang Pambansa on June 10, 1983. The college was the result of the integration of various arts, trade, and fishery schools within the province of Cebu such as the following:

1. Sudlon Agricultural College - Barili, Cebu
2. Abellana National School - Cebu City
3. Danao Vocational School - Danao City
4. Tuburan Vocational School - Tuburan, Cebu;
5. Moalboal School of Fisheries - Moalboal, Cebu;
6. Argao Agro-Industrial School - Argao, Cebu;
7. Quirino School of Fisheries - Carmen, Cebu;
8. Manuel A. Roxas Memorial School of Fisheries (Central Visayas College of Fisheries) - Daanbantayan, Cebu; and
9. Magsaysay School of Fisheries, San Francisco - Cebu
